I was looking through TOGG and i saw some drawings called Pound Dog.

Could somebody tell me what is it and what does it have to do with Oddworld?

Obviously no. It was just a desperate attempt to get a deal for a CG animated film. What everyone (producers) wanted then were cute cg pets, so Lorne was ready to give them what they wanted.
