X-box's controller, what underpaid temp made this friggin thing!

Has anyone looked at the X-box's controller? Holy Shit, I thought the Nintendo 64 one sucked, well this one sucks ten times as hard! It is a gigantic piece of crap and the buttons are teensy weensy. Microsoft says it was rigorously tested, BULL-Friggin-SHIT!! Any gamer knows the things going to be clumsier than any controller known to man.

Have u tested the thing Stadikk? Until u have actual proof of the thing being shit, i'd stay quiet. Jus' cos its created by Bill Gates dunt mean its shit.

The control for the X-box does look rather clumsy though. However, I did say that same thing for all the other systems I have when I first got them. Most gamers are able to adapt to controllers through constant play, so it shouldn't be TOO hastling.

It does seem to be a lot larger than the usual size of controllers. I think one of the things that Microsoft kept in mind when designing it is the fact that most Americans/Europeans have larger hands than Japanese (as other console companies are Japan based).

Although Microsoft also have an alternate smaller version of the controller that they will be using for the Japanese Xbox. I wonder if there would be the option to purchase that in other countries.

I think the controller will be fine for teenagers and adults, but some kids playing Xbox games might find it a bit too bulky.

really if you think about it its supposed to be held straight-finger not lower-finger like most controllers. You keep you palm to the arms while your thumb into the key pads, your other fingers circle around the controller while your ring finger or pinky goes to the bottom for the L and R buttons, i know this becaue a freind of a freind of mine told me that he has hled it at E3!!! maybe STARK CAN HELP US OUT

i think it looks kick ass. it really resembles more of a playstation controller in the way its shaped, but its a bit bulkier.i dont like however that most of the new systems have that little joystick instead of a d-pad.

Yes, I'm definitely a D-Pad girl. The only way to play WipEout, baby...

However, I am getting better with thumbsticks, because I have Sky Odyssey, which works best in analogue mode, as does SSX.
