scraby, at university i learned that having a project plan is probably the most important part of any project.. the work flows out much more smoothly if you have a plan to follow.. you need to come up with a game plan/story first, before you start making anything, or confusion will set in amongst the developers. You need to think the game through, then make a post on this forum detailing the introduction to the game, state the goals of the game, then detail each chapter of the game along with their goals, and say how you intend on closing the game's storyline (ie. hoe the story ends, with the original goal achieved)...
and by the way, i would do some concept art if it is going to be 3D... if it's 2D, i'd need some pursuading.. i'm not a fan of the isometric games ive seen before...
