An MO question.

Okay. I was just wondering. You know how in AO if you kill all the muds you come back with infinite grenades and in AE you're invincible? Does anything like that happen in MO? I just want to know before I start a long pointless journey...

I've never been able to achieve any of the black endings without a savegame file. I don't see how you can possibly kill all the mudokons without cheat-codes considering there are several you have to rescue in order to proceed onwards. Also there are some mudokons you can't kill, and can only leave behind.

I took great care in both AO and AE to try and kill all the mudokons except for the ones you have to spare, and even then I only got the normal bad endings.

What am I doing wrong?

As far as I recall, there are only two Mudokons and 10 Fuzzles in MO that you have to rescue. All the rest can be killed. Mudokons post no problem, just toss them off cliffs or into water or into mines. Fuzzles you need to lead them to Interns but continually distract them by saying "Hello" so they don't defend themselves. Expect Munch to die during such moments.

What happens in the black quarma ending. I KNOW about the whole news reel thing, but that happens during a regular bad ending too. anything else?

Well you get an extra newspaper in the black ending that you don't get in the regular bad ending.

I was surprised that you got an extra newspaper in the GBA version for getting Satanic/Black Quarma.
