A day in the life of oddworld.

This is a story im gonna write that will involve all the oddwold games so far.Constructive comments are welcome.I will post new chapters as i go.Bassically its gonna be like humans on oddworld except im gonna switch off in the enviroments.Like im in rupture farms.Then when i escape there ill be somewere else.I think you get the picture.

Chapter 1:Stranger

Ramp walked around the city.It was boring.He went home.He turned on the Tv and flicked to the news channel.His friend texted him earlier telling him to look.

Tv announcer:"Well thanks Tom.Now our Top story tonight,A Furry like man was seen running through the streets.He wore a old western style clothing.And it ran on all four legs.Any good information should be reported to your local Police departmant."

"Ughh." Moaned Ramp.He was tired of this fake crap that people kept saying.Then suddenly he heard a strange galloping noise.He walked to his door.He opened it and walked out."Hello?" He said.Still looking.Then he heard something drop down behind him.He turned around and faced the furry thing that was on the tv.Its green eyes looked at his in anger.Ramp's Eyes widened.He turned to run when he felt something grab the back of his shirt."PUT ME DOWN!" He yelled.He heard a swing then felt a sharp pain in the side of his head.Then he blacked out....

(what did you all think? should i continue? i am a starting writer so im sorry if it was bad..)

this is better than most people's first stories, so keep it up!

practice makes perfect, so as you continue to add chapters, you'll better yourself. hopefully this story will be something you can be proud of once its finished, but one of the things you must overcome is actually finishing it. i've started many stories but havent had the passion to finish them.

Chapter 2:Welcome to Oddworld.

Ramp woke up. he tried rubbing his head but his hands were tied behind him with a rope.He was no longer in the city.But in the plains.He saw a sheep.It looked normal until..He saw it only had one foot and one eye (Meep)."were am I?"He said to himself.He heard some massive snoring.He looked up at the tree he was sitting under.He saw the creature.Sleeping.He looked back down at the ground.He started trying to shake loose.It didnt work.But he hit the tree waking up the strange creature.It jumped down and stretched."Well looks ere like the meat woke up."It laughed."what are you and were am I?"Ramp asked."Why your in Oddworld.And you can call me stranger." Oddworld Ramp thought to himself.He must be dreaming."Well why did you knock me out and drag me here?" Ramp asked Seriously. "Well see here fella,Im a bounty hunter....And humans are worth a lot o moolah here." said stranger."Wait wait wait,So your gonna..Sell me against my will?" Stranger walked over to ramp and ripped off the ropes.but grabbing him by the shirt."Listen here."Said stranger."i never said i was gonna turn you in."

I guess some people are immediately turned off by humans in oddworld or vice versa. I personally like it so far.

Well to be honest..I havent beaten AE all the way so i only know the Slig barracks and simple stuff like that.But i could try.

Chapter 3:In The Line Of Fire.

stranger stood there looking at Ramp.When suddenly he heard someone yell"Ey Stranger.Whatcha Got there?" "Uh oh."Said stranger."What?" Asked Ramp."More bounty hunters.Quick get up in the tree."Stranger released his grip on Ramp who quickly climbed up in the tree and got to a postition were he could peak. A weird looking being with what looks like a old age shot gun walked up to stranger."ey Stranger what did you have here with you?"It asked looking at stranger with a serious face."I didnt have nothing for you to take."Replied stranger. Ramp watched carefully as the branch he was leaning on broke.He fell from the tree in a loud Thud.Stranger quickly jumped in front of him and growled.The bounty hunter raised his gun."Really looks ere like you got a human." said the bounty hunter a smile growing on his face. "Back off hes mine."Said stranger. Ramp stood up but with alertness and behind stranger."If you were smart you would back off and let me take him stranger." "This is your last warning.Back.Off."Stranger gripped his teeth together."Fine." said the bounty hunter as he walked away.As soon as he was out of distance.He started running. "Thats not good."Said stranger. "Why?" asked Ramp."He'll be back.This time with his gang."Said stranger.

One small thing that's annoying me, is when you do full stops. Please put a space after them because it looks crowded.

Everyone I want you guys to be completly Honest and serious right now. This is a small poll to see what i should do next. Because Frankly,Im running out of idea's. Just post the number thats next to the choice you want.(ex.1) I will count up the votes and do whichever got the most.

1:Continue the story. I like it.
2:Its ok just needs more detail.
3:Make a new story. This one is kinda getting old.
4:Seriously be more creative.
5:This sucks and so do you.

really its good, nothings perfect and if it was my comment that made you decide you need that poll then I'm sorry, I was only inputting my feedback on how to improve.

I think you should carry on but you should do what ever you feel you want to do.

I can't write stories for shit, so I admire your skill.

Well I suppose that happens with everything, I sometimes have no ideas for what I should do in my next graphics projects but a few days later it comes back.

Yeah. But i did get a little something to kick into my head just now. But i really dont want to spoil it. But what the hell:WARNING SPOILERS!

Gunshots heard. "WAIT!" heard even louder. Then a loud "HELP!" And then a laugh.

*Sneak peak over*
Not much but ill go ahead and spill the details:Ramp(the main character) Gets shot in the right shoulder. Falls over unconsious(wimp). The slig that shot him saw some muds,Shot at them,Yelled wait Then was getting possesed(help) and the laugh is the sound the slig makes after it gets possesed. But this is later in the story. I typed this now so i dont forget it.

Chapter 4:Keeping It Low But Keeping It Steady.(short chapter)

"Wait wait wait. His gang?" Asked Ramp. "No time to explain." Said stranger. "Now Quick Follow me. I know a hiding place." Stranger and Ramp ran for what seemed like hours but was only 45 minutes. "Ere we are." Said Stranger Standing infront of a cave. "Your kidding right? " Asked Ramp. "Nope." Said stranger and he kicked Ramp into the cave. "AHHH what the heck?" Ramp yelled as he landed in the moist dark cave. "Ill be back for ya later." Said Stranger.
(This chapter is ending the Strangers Wrath part. Now Ramp will find himself in Necrum. Find out how in a next funfilled chapter of A Day In The Life Of Oddworld!! Until then stay odd!!)
