There are parts of me that are obviously out of my stereotype, but then there are other parts that are outrageously typical. Examples:
Out of stereotype:
I love cars.
I'm into computers...not just IM's like the average female. I mean, I've taken programming in school.
***
That's it. Can you believe it? I'm so typical.
In stereotype:
I love cooking.
I love cleaning.
I like romance and flowers.
I'm obsessed with jewelry...clothes...and such.
I spend about half an hour in the morning staring into the mirror, doing my makeup.
I usually wear jeans, but that is only because dresses have practically disappeared from today's store racks. I suppose I'll have to custom-order my perfect dress while in the 50's, for example, they were absolutely everywhere.
You can smell my perfume (Elizabeth Arden Green Tea or Sergio Taccini Donna) a mile away. To the great displeasure of my parents.
I absolutely despise sports.
***
I am also a bit out of the chronological stereotype. Even my left hand looks it. Examine: Fire-engine red inch-long nails, silver rings on both middle and index fingers, and a watch that looks like I inherited it from my grandma, but in reality I bought it at Wal-mart. Ouch.
