No, I am not the most giving of people. In fact, I think that greed is a very good trait at times. For if you have the willpower and strength to get what you want then that shows you have the power to do much more for the greater good. For the second one, no if the people didn't hate him aswell. But if it was vise versa, then yes, quite probably.
