Sekto - What/Who/Why

Sekto - A clump of jelly , mighty jelly
I realy like the design of sekto.
And i dont know if anybody noticed it before but in the Boss fight with him he says :
"Like youre ancistors you will die in my head"

and at the end you see this "old steef" that was "controled" by sekto and you can clearly see sekto tentacle prints on the old steef's head.
Does this mean he put his body over the steef head and then can controls it?
and why had it the old steefs head in it?
A steef must be able to kill a octopussy...

The only thing I heard Sekto say was 'Yahoo, Stranger Stranger' then that guitar string being plucked.

Sekto said THAT? You must be joking, cause I never ever heard such a thing coming from that level, i only heard it when stranger still was hunting 'em outlaws and died.
