Chapter 7
The parimites spiraled down towards us, and the sligs started letting out slogs. i start shooting at them, causing them to fall around us and spring back to life. We started to run faster and dodged the crashing tree that thudder shot down. They ran towards us and we sprinted through the dense forest. The treetops seemed to be non-existent and parrimites kept coming down.
Then we all stopped, we were amazed, in front of us were huge statues of grubbs, towering above us, and behind them was a huge temple. The parimites had stopped and I soon realized why. They were possessed, we had reached the mudokon village!
“Welcome!” said the glockon, wearing a shaman mask and a tattered piece of cloth, other, he was wearing nothing. “this is my empire, my land, no one shall take it! We stopped our victory cries and stared at the glockon. Grubbs, show these mudokons their room.” He shouted, walking closer. “But we don’t want to….” The sligs started saying when the glockon interrupted, “make yourself welcome, and call me boss!” then, all of a sudden, 2 grubbs came out and led us into the village, up a long stair case (which is where the village was) and into a small room. That is when I realized that the grubbs where possessed! “Don’t open that door!” I ordered with all my strength, shocked and scared at the same time. But it was too late, poper had opened the small door, reveiling a small factory, filled with enslaved mudokons and in the back there was a pathway.
Bonzey tried the door we came in, it wouldn’t work. Then the grubbs became back to normal, almost exploding in the process. They fell faint on the floor. I let through a scream, and then headed through the small door. We passed the mudokns, they all had big electric collars on, and they begged us to help them. It was a big rabble and risk but we decided to help them. Shooting off their collars, we persuaded them to follow us, bring the grubbs with them. We headed through the small tunnel and appeared into a cave, filled with old computer which hadn’t been used for a long time. Then we appeared at the grubb temple. “Save us the grubbs said, magically wakening, “help us, muds! Then he saw the necklace. You’re on our side? Sweet! “shut up!” a mudokon said as we crossed a short bridge.
Then we all stood in our places, before them were more grubb statues, and then further was a village, but the residents were all possessed. I screamed, on a huge statue (not sure what it was) stood the “boss”, the glockon. Underneath him were mudokns, painted in red, and chanting. The “villagers were building what looked like a massive wolvark tank, filled with weapons and pulled by two meetles, whose strength was reached by steroids. “with this”, shouted the gluckon, “I will take over modus!” I struggled a laugh, that machine couldn’t do anything campared to ever speacies in modus. But the he noticed us and addressed me with an evil smile, I could see it even though he was miles away, and then he spoke loud enough for us to hear but calmly, “seize them!” a army of possessed creature, mudokons, grubbs, scrabs, glockons, now I could see why so many people were reported missing. They wore red paint, but now I was certain it wasn’t red paint, this village had to be feed, and the possessed were the ones to go, and their blood lay on their brothers. I wasn’t going to make this easy, the sligs handed their old guns to some mudokons, then I stepped forward, I didn’t realize that I had beco e the leader, that didn’t concern me, “FIGHT!”
We started shooting, the remainders chanted. The gluckon stood there, he watched the two armies clash. Brother fought brother, it was all his doing. I realized what I had done, we were fighting our own friends, our people. That gluckon was going to come in alive! I just had to figure out how. Then a rat appeared in the outer village of the native temple, through it, the mudokons saw through the rat in the inner city. They grabbed their weapons and charged. “STOP” I screamed, get in defensive position and possess that gluckon! The gluckon only just heard me, but that was enough. The roof split open, releasing chant suppressers and floating mines. We defened or selves, the gluckon was protected but his chanting mudokon servants weren’t. I yelled at the mudokons to start chanting, the chant suppressers raced downwards, leaving the glockon a free target. Then I started chanting, he realized this but it was too late, he was possessed, we had one.
Then the chant suppressers saved him, zapping him free, they circled around him and the mudokons. Things looked screwed.
