I was swimming up to sektos office, and I walked over a little bump of rock in the water. And then suddenly I was walking on the water! Like... above it! It was a fun glitchy. I walked over the rapids, and got up to the two switches. Then I ruined it by getting out. And I still resent that I didn't make a save.

I will not forget it.

Can you be more specific on exactly WHERE you were in Sekto's dam? Because there is no place near Sekto's office where you can swim, so I'm guessing you mean somewhere in the dam.

Sorry. Completely outside of sekto springs. Where you're in the canoe, and you have to push those two switches to open the big door. :P Sorry I can't be more descriptive. Just before the last gate on the river into the springs. Yeah... There.

ah okay so when you have to press the 2 switches to open the door to get into Sekto Springs Dam right?
So you go to the side and walk over a *thing

* and then you can walk over the water?
