What you can download and play is the prequel campaign called "Danger and Opportunity" to the game "Babylon 5: I've found her".
The publisher of this game ran out of money some years ago so the russian team
"Space Dream Factory" decided to make this project freeware.
Story:
The Narn colonize a new star system, but earth intel found high amounts of Quantium 40 on at least one planet. But in fact the Narn are allies, so there's a subtile and hidden campaign started to get them out of that system...
