I need a new avatar! Help... please!

Basically... this thread is exactly what it says in the title!

I'm getting really sick of the stupid lemur! I wanna real Bear!

I can't find a nice one though... and wouldn't know how to install one even if I did (I'm being honest here about my absolute lack of IT skills here... please don't laugh!)

So if anyone could help... find a nice cute pic of a nice cute Bear... polar cub being my preference and post it on this thread for me....

or maybe some nice moderator or something could change mine for me magically over night...

or put a Bear as one of the avatar options... or simply post instructions on how (if I ever find a nice Bear pic) to upload it...

then I'd be eternally gratefull!

First go to the "User CP" button...



Then click on the "Edit Avatar" button, which you'll find on the left side of your "User CP" screen...



Now you're at the "Edit Avatar" page and you have the option to choose an avatar from the selection, upload your own from a URL or upload from your computer...

you save the images on your computer, to the desktop or whatever. And then click the browse button (found on Oddguys last picture) and double click on the image thats saved on your desktop (or in some other folder).

So any folder... it doesn't have to be like photoshop... oh! Wait there's a My Pictures bit isn't there!?

You have resize the image them yourself, up to 100x100 pixes. You can use something like photoshop to make the image size .

Yes, but it has to be 100x100 pixels and only 5kb in size. So, if you have an image over 5kb and it's 100x100 pixels...it won't upload.
