Abebabe! Frames?

Hey Abebabe or Syd! Do you work with frames for creating these forums? It´s so slow if the logo always has to load when you are on the forums.
I think it would be faster if you use frames.
thanks for listeningto me

The logo shouldn't need to download each time you visit a page. It should be stored in your cache.

Frames happen to be a pet hate of mine, but thanks for the suggestion.

I prefer not using frames too. Even if the logo was in another frame, it would still take just as long, or longer, to load the page. I think you need to change your browser settings if you're downloading the logo every visit Freaky.

I use Frames for Oddworld-Web, simply because I like to keep the image on each page.

However for the forums, UBB is integrated, so you wouldn't be able to add a frame without it not looking funny/out of place.

Check your internet settings in Internet Explorer to see if they are correct for image loading:

1. Click the Tools menu
2. Click Internet Options
3. Click the Settings button
4. Ensure that you have either Automatically or Every time you start Internet Explorer ticked.
5. Click OK twice.

The settings will be different if you are using Netscape. I don't have Netscape loaded on this computer yet, so if you are using that browser, maybe someone else can help.
