It's a pun. A place called 'Fecal' with a Vice-President called 'Arselick'. But the other joke is the blunt, cynical capitalism that is a theme in Oddworld. Fee Co. - A company whose only real interest is in taking your money.

I made no connection between the Slig-speak and BS. I just thought they were poorly translated onomatopoeia. And that the names of the two sounds should have been switched to better fit that theory.
