Someone showed me this on another forum, and I thought it was cool enough to pass along here. Basically, what you do is upload a headshot photo into the generator, then follow the easy steps to make it into a fully animated flash video.

I used Pack Rat Palooka. I tried to make it look like he was talking out the side of his mouth, but somewhere along the lines I messed up and his mouth ended up freakishly deformed. Oh well, it is my first.
