Anyways back to discussion. I agree with Mac, you need to have something that will stick out from other sites that usually do the same thing, or have basically cloned content of others.
I would definately play flash games as long as they are fun, and oddworldish enough.
Plus make a really different background maybe using like adobe photoshop or any others, it doesnt have to be all oddworld items used in it, but try and "fool" us in the design to make it look "oddworldish."
What else shall I do?
I didn't have enough money to buy a site, so it's all gone now. 
It was called Citizens-of-Oddworld. Anyway, my start up page was very cool. I left clicked a possesion orb pic, saved it, and then took it to the bouncing objects option. Or flying objects...something like that. This was all before I discovered the brilliance of HTML and I was using yahoo page builder. Anyway...when you went to my start up page I had a bunch of possession orbs flying around, so it looked almost like you'd been "possesed" to go to my site. It was very cool. That's an original idea you could use.
