Question One Hit Kill

There is probably already be a thread on this but because the search will not even look for words with four letters or under, I have no idea. So don't complain saying there is one already on this.

What do you think of the high amount of health you have in MO? I think they gave far too much and Abe and everyone (except perhaps the armoured ones) should still have been one hit wusses. Although it being 3D that would probably make the game impossible but they could at least lower the number of birds you have.
What do you think?
(Remember this is not about AO and AE.)
And yes I know they cannot change the game now but perhaps for the future.

My opinion: I want the one hit kill back, it would help the puzzle aspect.

The way that a 3D games works in which multiple enemies can hit you from 360 degrees would make it extremely hard to beat the game.

However, I love challenges. And making it one hit kills would make it so much more challenging, as well as DEFINATELY upping the strategy involved to out mouvure enemies or whatever else.

I want one hit kills back.

One hit kill for me all the way. That brought so much challenge that when it was taken out it made Oddworld easy. But I am sure we will be rewarded with a great challenge in OW4.

I think the one hit kills were great, but also the fact that it took a while for the sligs to make that hit, especially when Abe was running.

Well, I'd prefer they lowered the health. I mean, the game would be way too hard for me if it was one hit kill. Hehe... I'd say lower the health to 2 to 3 hits.

i like the 1 hit kill but it wouldent be so good in MO when munch tell's the fuzzel's to attack it would be a bit stupid if the fuzzel's died with only 1 hit

True but last time I looked Abe or Munch were not Fuzzles.
I do not think everything should be one hit kill, but then I also do not think you should be able to order army type groups to attack as that also takes away strategy.
But anyway if the Fuzzles were one hit kills then so would be their enemies.

Now now, try not to resort to violent tactics. It was a misunderstanding, and everyone makes mistakes.

Canned Gabbiar: One hit kills will be good, because it adds a more tactical/strategic layer to the games. If MO had one hit kills i'm sure that it would be a lot harder, as Slig's and other enemies could easily kill you, forcing you to do things much carefully.

One hit kills for a game like MO would be just... annoying. You can't actually see everyone around you. In like AO or AE (but wasn't AE like 3 hit kill?) you could see where you were going just fine. Think about being shot at from 4 directions, and trying to run away. And think about something like the first Sloghut. Its quite hard to run through without having your yourself or your Mud get hit....

The only possible way to kill those sligs before you run through is to run in front of them and hope they get hit by mistake. And even then, you'd have to do it heaps and heaps of times. The other way is to possess but you can only do that after you rescue the scrubs. So I say lower the number of birds to 2 or 3.

well if one hit kill come back and in 3D I'm sure we won't have thing like the sloghuts, the levels will be designed to make it playable and fun, don't expect exactly the same kind of levels

I don't think OWI should have to shape the levels just to make the game alot harder. Remember, this is for little kids to. I think health should be lowered a little bit, if anything. Or like I said before, an option for one hit kill.
