Can we implement animation features?

I was woundering if we could possably put small animated things in the forums. No sound just movement. Like maybe have Abe chaseing Munch to act like a border around posts or pages where the border is Abe and Munch chaseing each other. Sort of like a screen saver. My computers screen saver is an M&M Mini bottle opening up and all the minis are swarming around a big M&M. Something as simple as that. Short actions. Maybe have Abe sneaking in place like he does at oddworld.com in the universe section when you click on Abe.

All I am saying is something small like a little quick action in the cornor of a page. Nothing of great complexity. Short sweet and something you can easily down load onto this sight. You know?

For some people load times are already long enough. Plus, I have no clue if there would be an option to turn them off. I wouldn't like them, and I even have very fast load times...
