They probably did, beacuse Abe said "We knew there has to be more of us out there... But were gonna find em." So i bet that they did...

I think that they would know about her ... but mainly from rumors of where they come from, etc. Remember she has been captured by the Glukkons to bear the children to be slaves.

Which makes one wonder if there is another Mudokon Queen out there who is mother to the native Mudokons.

Some people have speculated that there were three Mudokon Moms - a Mudomo Mom, a Mundanchee Mom, and a Mudoncho Mom. They say only the Mundanchee Queen is alive today. That's not confirmed, though.

Mudoncho, by the way, is a rumoured third tribe of Necrum, where the Mudokons worshipped the Meeches. They were too clumbsy to build, too weak to battle, so they became the black sheep of the family. In the end they decided to become chefs and cooks. Note that this also is not confirmed.

humm, interesting, never heard of it. I think it must be something like that. If Oddworld is so big, it would be strange to have only 1 queen for each species. It's more like ants, there are a lot of queens with each lots of workers.
