New "Roomie"

The cackling of Vykkers as they performed experiments could be heared as the cage moved down the corridor. It was a steel box, not very large, around 15 inches width wise and 21 inches height wise. A raggedy, brown blanket was thrown over the top of the cage and draped down the sides and back, allowing the Interns who were rolling it down the dingy corridor to do so without fear of being attacked. Chittering came from the inside of the small, dirty, steely compound. Chittering like that of a Squirrel...only faster and with a hint of murderousness to it. Four, Slanted, red eyes peered from the darkness of the cage and a sly hiss escaped from the creatures mouth. It admired the blood stained walls, the smell of death that was lingering in the air and the screams of creatures being operated on, minus the anthesetic. The squeaking of the trolleys wheels slowly came to a stop as the cage seemed to be lifted off its movable tray and dropped on the metallic floor then gradually turned to face a large, eletronicly operated door that was in a arc like shape and towered at least 8-9 foot high.

Vykker: "Ah...our newest yet!! Bring it in 'ere!! We have no more vacancies anywhere else...so it will 'ave to shaaare."

The door slowly opened with a creak to show the Vykker that was short and stumpy, goggles topping its head. The shade of Pink of its skin darkened in some areas with that of blood...that was not his. Slowly it took off its blackened apron and hurled it across the room, snapping its claws when doing so to indicate to the Interns to push the creature in. As they did the creature inside noted that the room was tiny, yet swamped with security camera's. This indicated to the creature that breakouts had often happened and made it chuckle to itself in delight.

Vykker: "Yes, yes...well, take off the cover and allow the creature to get accustomed to its new home and room mate."

Waving its hand in the cages direction the Interns rushed over and snatched the cover off of the cage, showing the creature in full glory. The white, brightish lights of the room shining down on it.

Vykker: "There, there."

It crossed its arms contently and then scurried out of the room sharply, pressing the electronic lock instantly to close the rusting doors. The new creature looked around its 'appartment'. The creature was that of Arachnid and Teuzo origin. Distant cousins of the Teuzo and more closely related to the Arachnids. The bottom half of its body was round and bulbous, much like that of a small Spider. Its head was Spider-like also; round with tiny hairs protruding out of it. The hairs also came out of the bottom half of the body and the legs. Its mid-section was slimmer and had mostly bone protecting it from sharp objects. The Teuzo relation that it had, mainly consisted of its back legs, which bent forwards instead of backwards (Digi-grade) and also the slanted eyes. The claws of this beast were also much likes its cousins as they consisted of 3 taloned fingers, however, the middle claw was more like a blade than a talon. Something its specie used to slash at hard skin and do some serious damage with. The creatures face and jaws were much like Arachnid though. Its jaw was more like that of a Spiders, with the mandibles. But these mandibles were set inside of the face and went down like a slit. Two fangs graced the top and bottom of the slit and were capable of producing a fine string of web-like substance. Small, sharp, yellowy teeth ran down the slit and were used for shearing off meat and such like. The creatures thick, tube-like tongue was also capable of producing webbing as was its wrists. The webs thickness could be altered by the Spider-like monster itself and, in some cases, capable of holding an armoured Jeep off the ground until fiddled with. Its skin colour was black with a single red streak down its back, much like a Black Widows. It groaned, tutting to itself. Its jaws were covered with a metal mask and its front claws had metallic mittens on which stretched right upto its elbow. This was to stop it from producing its webbing and other surprises it may of had up its sleeve.

Creature: "Eklo? Eklo?"

Its voice was muffled and low from the mask it wore. Its red eyes blinking in a wave like fashion as it stared blankly at the shadowed cage opposite it...awaiting a response.

Creature: "Anyvonn thrr?"

It patted its right, metal covered claw against its own cage. As if knocking.

Voice: "Go away."

Creature: "Eklo...who diz?"

The creature was bored and needed something to do, whether it be annoying its roomie or singing to itself, it had to do something.

Creature: "What iz you? Are you Crozoá??"

It cocked its head in pure curiosity. Mentioning its specie it again waited for a response.

Voice: "No...*Cough*...Leave me alone, please(!)"

The reply was aggitated and annoyed, wanting to be left alone, in peace and quiet.

Creature: "What iz that...a 'No'...i never heard of it."

Slowly, out of the blackness of the other cage protruded the snout of a Draconic being, it pushed itself out between the bars and into the light.

Voice: "P*ss off!!"

The pale skin was indication enough that this being had been through torture and pain and the Arachnid knew it had better leave it be. Slowly it rested its head on the cool steel of the bars and drifted off to sleep, its round body exhaling deeply as each eye closed for the long night ahead.

(OOC: Long...indeed...feedback? And i know its another one!! But they are all relevant in the VERY far future!!)

Part 2

It was the next morning and the new creature that had been rudely snatched from its habitat and locked deep inside the Vykkers labratories blimb was just awakening from its slumber. The Draconic creature opposite had been awake for 3 hours and was sat at the back of its cage, hugging its knees close to its chest, day dreaming. The Arachnid opened each one of its red eyes slowly. Beneathe its mask it yawned and tried to sit up, it then realised that this was impossible in such a small cage and remained in its crouched position.

Creature: "Mikrofones? Kan they hear oos?"

All was silent and the Crozoá was becoming impatient, knocking its metal mitten on the side of its cage to try and get the attention of the other being.

Creature: "Mikrofones...!! Kan da others hear oos?"

Voice: "No...no they cant. J-just see us. *Coughs* "

The voice was pathetic and fatiqued. But the Crozoá was relieved that its captives were not capable of hearing them.

Creature: "Gooood, what is your name?"

Its tone of voice changed, changed from its simple-sounding high pitched voice to a more sinister, sneer of Death.

Creature: "Well...?"

It blinked its eyes, one after another.

Voice: "S-Sasha...you?"

Its back legs shifted and bent, trying to release more room.

Creature: "My name is K-Jal. Pleased to meet you."

Its name was somewhat hissed but Sasha could understand what it had said.

Sasha: "W-why did you want to know...*Splutter*...if anyone could hear us?"

K-Jal: "I dont want them knowing that my whole persona is an act, if they find out they will treat me different."

Slowly Sasha came closer to the bars, her face being enlightened by the lights around the room.

K-Jal: "Tell me, are they harsh in their treatments?"

A nod was its reply and the Crozoá shifted around in its cage un-easily.

Sasha: "What are you? Where...where are you from?"

It was a seemingly nosey question...but one that would take the creatures mind off what was going to happen to it in the future.

K-Jal: "I'm a Crozoá, sort of a overgrown Spider. Heh."

It chuckled to itself and then carried on with the reply.

K-Jal: "My kind come from Ulo. We lurk in the forests, mainly surfacing at night time."

Upon finishing the sentence K-Jal realised that Sasha's face had gone even whiter than previous. It noted a smell of fear on her and was about to ask her what was wrong.

Sasha: "We...We're not near Mudos no more?"

K-Jal: "No...no, Mudos is miles away from Ulo. Why, is that where you came from? Where you live?"

Sasha nodded slowly, a lone tear running from the corner of her eye and then down her snout.

K-Jal: "Dont worry, eh? I'm sure you'll be ou..."

It halted as the door opened and two Interns stepped in.

K-Jal: "Eklo...Ohh iz you?"

Looking at each other the Interns sniggered and walked around to the sides of the cage, hoisting it up with all their strength.

K-Jal: "Bizie-Bye!!"

The Crozoá started to blink out of time and randomly, making it look as if it had a neurological problem. Sasha heared the clanking of metal upon metal and then the sound of squeaky trolley wheels rolling down the corridor. The door then closed, leaving Sasha alone with the prying lenses of the camera's above her. Sighing she shifted back to the back of the cage and curled up, her wings wrapping around her body as if they were a blanket. She then slowly drifted off into a light sleep.

Part 3

K-Jal: "Hey, hey...wake up. Wake up(!)"

Sasha opened her eyes slowly and shifted in her box like bed. Her wings un-ravelled from her body and she moved her head closer to the bars. Squinting in the darkness...the darkness?

Sasha: "W-whats happened?"

Her throat was groggy and her mouth dry. She intended on going to sleep for 2 hours at the most, obviously it had been out alot longer. Even the Camera's red LED's that usually blinked to show activation were dead. Which was immensly strange, as the Vykker's, of this labratory at least, were immensly cautious, especially when it boiled down to their test subjects.

K-Jal: "I dont know, i got brought back here and after around 15-25 minutes there was blackness."

Sasha: "You sure it aint 'lights out'?"

K-Jal: "Positive."

Sitting back Sasha scratcher her head, dandruff slowly floated down to the metal floor. She couldn't see it but could feel it gathering under her finger nails.

K-Jal: "Cant we...escape?"

His voice was curious and full of hope and passion. He wanted her to say 'Yes' even if it was a lie.

Sasha: "We could, but its impossible to get out of these cages, and then we'd have to push the main door open."

She sighed and shuffled to the back of the cage, placing her feet on the bars of the cage door she pushed with all her strength. Her breathing became weezy and fast and she realised she wasn't upto the job. A low bark came from her frustrated person as she banged her clenched fist against the metal sheeting.

Sasha: "Shit(!)"

K-Jal: "Some of the others have escaped..."

This startled Sasha, it was a tone of voice that was sinister, amused and full of satisfaction.

Sasha: "What...how, how...*Coughs*...do you know?"

K-Jal turned to her, his red, slanted eyes squinting into a slim, letter box like slits.

K-Jal: "Infra-Red. Crozoá' cant live without it, heh."

He smirked behind his metallic mask and then turned his head to the right. Which was basically a metal wall, 6 ft thick. His vision pieced together a clump of Interns bussling around a warm object. Non-Organic. Possibly the Power Generator.

K-Jal: "The Generator has been fried."

He informed his friend of this to cure her curiosity. Thats if she was curious. He then got back to informing her of one of the escapees.

K-Jal: "Its a Paramite. Heh...On the wall."

Sasha was pushed up against the bars, for her it was like a story of retribution and revenge. Even though it wasn't her retribution or revenge, she'd still feel satisfied. He then continued to divulge the infomation he had.

K-Jal: "Its smelling the air, sensing where the creatures are...where its prey is, the exact positions of them. One of the Interns is running down the corridor, it hasn't seen its hunter...so its not to activate an alarm. The other two Interns are busily taking apart the Generator. The Paramite is crouching on the wall, its tentacles curling."

K-Jal watched in pure delight as the creature leaped, its sharp tentacles seering the flesh of the first Interns back. The creature cockling forwards, its long hands landing on the console to try and steady itself. But it was too late. The Paramites hooks had embedded themselves into the victims torso and its natural weapons were hacking the meat off its back, finally breaking through the back bone and paralysing, if not killing, its prey. And through all of this, blood was spattering on the console and on the second Intern.

K-Jal: "The other Intern has been splashed with blood. Its panicing. Trying to hit the offender with its flashlight. The Paramite is bemused...its...its..."

The Crozoá was becoming more and more breathless, his sentences getting shorter as if he was getting some perversed pleasure out of watching the deaths of the two Interns.

K-Jal: "Both...Both are dead...heh...its feasting."

Sasha was astonished by his depiction but also by the way he got exited...if not aroused by such a thing. She knew this was not normal, to say the least...K-Jal was disturbing. Far more than the Vykker's...

~End~

(OOC: Again, i ask for feedback. Will i be graced with any?)
