For Star Wars fans out there!

Has anybody seen the preview to Attack of the Cloans yet? Mann that looked pretty good. I don't care what critics say about the film. It's going to kick a** this summer. I mean Lucas put more special effects in this one than he did in Phantom Menace. Besides what do critics know. Being an old Star Wars fan you come to appreciate what Lucas is doing. You understand where he is takeing the prequels to. I mean in the original trilagy you here everybody talk about the center of the galaxy and all these wonderful places but you never get to visit these places. Now obvieously we do and that is cool. We finnally get to see what the Senate looks like and other places as well.

That is what critics are missing they don't know the story to understand the prequils. That is why a lot of people I think don't like the new Star Wars movies. But no matter I can't wait till it hits theaters on May 16th

I have seen trailers for the second episode it looks pretty good but I don't know what the acting will be like. I like episode 6 Return of The Jedi the things on Endor are cool.

Attack of the clones does look pretty cool. That scene with all the Jedi council fighting in the clone war. Looks awesome. And the scene with Anakin with two light sabers, not bad. This May. I can't wait. But it's out in the same day in the US as here in Australia. That's surprising. I thought you guys'd just about have it already. Maybe an international launch.
Eoks are so cool!

I want to see it too!

I learned too much about Episode 1 before it came out, so this time I am just going to wait and watch the trailers without reading anything about it. So many questions... What the heck are those bug things? Wait, no, don't answer that. I don't want to know yet...

I also think RotJ is the best. As my name suggests, my favorite part was the Rancor pit.

I'm definitely hanging out for this one. I've only seen a couple of the trailers but on Australian TV they're doing a countdown playing one episode each week until it comes out, and after the movie they're showing trailers and some other cool stuff, like how Anakin/Padme/Luke/Leia are all related and histories and stuff like that. Anyway, I'm looking forward to that Boba Fett scene.

Warning spoiler!

Your right it has been confirmed his name is Jango Fett and he is the father of Boba Fett basically. It was in one of the issues of Star Wars insider. We are going to see Boba fett as well but he will only be a kid in AOTC. His father Jango will mirror him basically. I can't wait to see the clone troopers they are the first Storm Troopers. In the preview it looked like they were all being loaded up on an early version of a Star Destroyer.

Oh and Al how did you get a copy of the script? Thats awesome.

I thought the original Star Wars was the 3rd in the series, making the Return of the Jedi number 5. No? Was the original no. 4?

A couple of years ago when they re-released all three of those movies, I got dragged into seeing all three in one day with some family members. I was glad I did it, but having seen them all several times already, I came away from it feeling like I never wanted to watch those movies again. I wonder if I'll ever change my mind.

I have a subscription to starwars insider.

Spoilers ahead. I warn you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Boba Fett is really a clone of his father Jango, he is the only unaltered clone so he is an exact replica of his father. The clonetroopers are all genetically altered from Jango to work together, instead of working alone like Jango since he is a bounty hunter. If you want to know more just PM me.

This might be a spoiler I also heard that Yoda is comepletely CG in the next installment. The reason being is because I think he is supose to fight in that huge Arena sequence! I saw a pic of his own lightsabor.

Plus there is line in AOTC that will remind you of Darth Vader! It is when Count Dooku (played by Christipher Lee) Says "Obi Wan, Join me and we can bring an end to the Sith!" That line really reminds me so much of Darth Vader. This is going to be so cool! People who hated Phantom Menace are going to be in shock when they see this I think! I am getting so excited!

Happy

I love Star Wars! I think Episode 1 was kinda crap, though. And I hate Jar Jar Binks! He's supposed to be funny, I think, but he's just so annoying! I really enjoyed the web site, where you could hit him with a base ball bat!

My favourite is the 5th one. And I'm looking forward to the 2nd one, though the first one was a big dissappointment.

Oo, yeah! My sister has got the script too! I don't want to read it, though... *is tempted* *goes to read it*

So close!! I am dying to see this movie now. I can't wait to see all the Jedi fighting, like Shaak Ti, Kit Fisto, Mace Windu and all. There's going to be some great scenes in ths one. I have seen episode 1 four times and I now realise that it perhaps wasn't the greatest film actor-wise ever. But AOTC looks like its gonna have too much action to be that concerned with acting talent! But remeber Lucas said episode 2 is primarily a love stroy? Don't forget all that tuning between Anakin and Armidala.

Well the thing is that Lucas said that Phantom Menace was just only an introduction to the characters like A New Hope was. Now we are going to see the dark stuff. This one when it said it is a love story that means it will be like Empire Strikes Back. Plus thank God for this, Jar Jar does not have such a huge role in AOTC. But he is a Rep of the Gungans. But his role is now minor. It's going to be more centered around Anakin and Padme and Ben Kenobi. And we get to go back to the Home stead of Lukes aunt Beru and Uncle Owen. It is the same exact set they used in A New Hope.

Exactly! Though Jar Jar still has way too many lines... Well I don't know how important he'll be, while the story develops... I'm only on page 52/135 on the script.

Yeah... I started reading it then... Oh well, it's spoiled the surprise, but it's cool to know in forehand what'll happen. I think it has been quite boring until now, though...
