Lucifer...

Well...with all this talk of God...fathe...ahem...Lucifer is feeling left out. So...this is what this topic about, i have been thinking and i have realised that Lucifer is not evil...ok...ok calm down. But think about it...he isn't. Personally i think he is just a scape-goat. If he wanted to he could destroy the world by letting all the Demons from Hell out could he not? But he doesn't...he keeps them in Hell and tortures them...not, surely someone evil wouldn't do that!?

Lucifer was considered evil alot of ways.

God controls Hell. People thinks that he does but he does'nt. He's getting tormented like everyone else.

Ahhhh...i see. Well...thats my game down the crapper...grrrreat. Well...i think Lucifer rules Hell...so there. Hey...wouldn't it be strange if God was evil and Lucifer was good!? And God made everyone think that he was good and everyone turn against Lucifer. Lucifer does actually mean bearer of light...so...you never know!!

Lucifer was the angel of music, who soon became tired of worshiping God, washing his feet twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. Perhaps he'd been doing this for an eternity into the past. He grew tired of it, wishing he could have some of the glory.

Apparently, when he left for hell, a third of the angels went with him. What conclusions can we come to?

Yup...he got all jealous and stuff over God giving all his attention to humans and so he left to create a 'Heaven' of his own and some Angels followed him down. I feel so sorry for Lucifer. Bless him...and why is he always depicted with a Goat like head and hooves...!! Does that mean all Angels are flying Goats!?

as pinky said, god controls hell, lucifer was bored of his job and left to become worse than ever. His greed had led him into hell and along with the foolish angels.

Lucifer, was the first and most beutiful angel in Heaven. For many aeons, Lucifer was by GOD's side. GOD had the most tremendous power, Lucifer 'CRAVED' for this control and power. Then soon, He stood up to GOD and told him to give him heaven and control.

Then, for Lucifer's demandence..... He was banished from heaven. BUT, Lucifer was given his own kingdom & he controled it. (GOD created it) GOD determines the 'QUARMA' of a soul and sends it to heaven, hell, or if the christian has some sins in him/her, he/she goes to a different place which they stay for a long time to pay for their sins. No torture like hell, just a waiting place.

Just Like Oddbood said. God made Hell for Satan and people who follow him. Lucifer did the most disgusting thing ever when he got jealous and had full of pride and tried to allow 1/3 of the angels to go against God. It was disgusting because no one tempted Satan to do it. He did it on his own and behavior like that is not allowed in Heaven. That's why Lucifer was cast down. He sent himself to Hell and he hurt himself.

Well, those who belive in gods like 'BUTA' or suttin like that, are unknown. My grandmother told me that Jesus confronts them when they die and they ask 'Are you to belive my father from now on, or shall you follow your BUTA' (suttin like that) Then they are sent that place I said about christians. Well, people don't really know how God's going to judge a person or how he's going to judge people who want to get baptized but died before getting baptized. But at the end everyone has to bow down to him.

Can I point out that Satan, God, Lucifer, Gabriel and all the rest are all on the same side? I mean, think about it - Why would Satan take all of the evil people out of God's hands if he was evil? Why would the demons torture bad people if they were evil? They're all working together...

Of course, then there's my theory, that God and Satan are the same being, just wearing different wigs... The whole "evil" thing is just a PR exercise...

I have something to say....HA!!! What have you been smoking? I can name alot of reasons why God and Gabriel do not fit the same category as Satan and his imps. It's like putting a lion and a lamb together because they cannot work together and they are different. One's gentle and kind (God) the other ferocious (Satan). What would happen then? Also, I thought you did'nt believe in God and Satan. Also, Lucifer is Satan.

For the non-believers I believe 'god' judges them by what they have done in their lives, not what whether or not they believed in 'him/her'.

As for the Prince of Lies himself...I really don't have a opinion on him. Though one of this 'forms' is a red dragon. Don't get any ideas! *glares* I wouldn't follow HIM because he has a draco form. HELL NO! I am not sure he really exists anyway.

Thort i mite drag this up again since i couldn't reply due to being banned. But i think Dan has a point. If Lucifer is being tortured then how can he cause all the bad things on the world? Personally i think Lucifer has nothing 2 do with the bad things...nor does God...but its the backlash of humans badness...its like balancing the bad things we do to nature out. So Lucifer is the snazzy dressed, kool peep and God is the...old...creator guy

I still think that, if God and the Devil existed, they'd be two halves of the same being. The Hats thing was a bit of a joke, but I seriously think there would probably be a single being running Heaven and Hell, since they are both part of the same system...
