What do Scrabs and Paramites eat?

Besides unlucky Mudokons, what other creatures do Scrabs and Paramites eat? In Abe's Exoddus we learned that Paramites eat Slurgs, so there's that. And since there are Elums in Paramonia and Scrabania, we could posit that both Paramites and Scrabs eat Elums... if they are native to those regions. However, the presence of Elums could be a byproduct of Mudokon settlement in these areas, since they are used as mounts by the Muds. Fleeches also live near Paramites and Scrabs, in the vaults of Necrum. It is possible therefore that they have developed an appetite for Fleeches despite them being unnatural beasts; specially Paramites, whose jaws we have seen as being capable of chewing on Fleeches.

Thoughts? Did I leave out anything?

Whatever they can find, I imagine. Slow-moving Slig guards, Mudokon pilgrims, Slurgs, Fleeches, Elums, each other, birds, bats, and whatever animal makes up the meat in Paramonian meat sacks.

We have never been presented with a completely documented Oddworld ecosystem any more than Wil has ceded to my weekly request for a fully mapped paramite genome as a .zip file.

I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head with that answer.

Bedding maybe? What makes you sure they're feeding holes?

There could be other, smaller inhabitants in the temples. Just saying.

The question of what did scrabs and paramites eat is not really important, they are just virtuals

I always thought that was just overgrown plants and grasses. They would've been tended when mudokons visited the temple but since mudokons no longer frequent the temples the plants would've just died.
