Music, theme inscripted to Oddworld

Hi to all,

I'v been thinking about feeling which touched my heart while playing Abe's Oddysee. So - I created music, theme which is inscription for world of mystery, world of darkness, creepy creatures and landscapes.

Theme is called: Journey to nowhere.

I've recommending you watching picture (below) while listening.

It was good. You may want to add some rythm/percussion and real life sounds to it (birds, falling debris, scrab or paramites noises in the background, etc.). I think it was pretty basic, maybe lowering the high tunes would help (my ears almost bled). Anyway I liked it. Was this your first attempt?

I would suggest using less phasing/flanging/swooping LFOs and stick to raw, basic sounds. Perhaps sine waves with a slight LFO filter, and a bathroom like reverb. Try to make your VSTs sound as organic as possible, so as to fit with the theme of the image. Doing this doesn't require you changing any of the notes of the song you've already written, but rather changing its timbre.

Good work and keep writing music.
