How do you make Banners?

i see lots of people on here with personalized banners. i dont know how to make one and i would appreciate it if some one told me.

You can make a banner using an image editing program, such as Adobe Photoshop or Paintshop Pro. If you don't have something similar, you could ask either me, Abe Babe or Pacen to make one for you.
