Question Favourite area look in AO/AE?

One of the best things about AO and AE was the graphics. The style of each zone was perfect, and the backgrounds were works of art. So which area do you think had the best 'look'? For me it have to be either the ramshackle military look of the Slig Barracks or the decaying jungle of Necrum.

EDIT: Wow, it took me so long to type all 15 areas into a poll that I couldn't add it.

Slig Barracks is instantly lovable. The tent & sandbags look is quite cool. I love all the high-tech decorations and equipment... just thinking about it now wants me to go back there

Rupture Farms looks quite nice, in my opinion, the Paramite and Scrab areas of AO were a bit too cluttered for me, maybe that's why I like the look of the Necrum Creature areas more. AE just has so much variety in decoration that it really makes me wonder how long it took to make it all

Some indoor environments in Munch's Oddysee make me smile as well, like the Sloghuts and the place with the Big Bros on pillars. Stranger's Wrath is just like one massive map. I love the look of the grass along with the houses... it's very atmospheric!

I love Necrum, the awesome looking palm trees, the old temple ruins in the background, and don't forget the orange tint. I think they designed it beautifully. I also like Slig Barracks and the Monsaic Lines.

What Jordan said (only with RuptureFarms, FeeCo and Soulstorm Brewery). Actually, I'd also like to add Bonewerks.

EDIT: Plus Scrabania and Paramonia. Thanks for reminding me, WoF.

Scrabania, Rupturefarms, and Soulstorm Brewery in that order.

Scrabania actually looks like a desert, and it makes me happy that it's easy to tell. Paramonia is obviously some type of forest area, but i had to be told what type of environment it was before I actually "saw" the environment. For this reason I'm not too impressed with the look of the area.

Rupturefarms is so diverse and yet not. The different colors of the zulags and a different backdrop to every screen appeals greatly to me, and I wish Necrum Mines or Soulstorm Brewery had done something similar.

Soulstorm Brewery I like because of all the barrels and random pits of death/falls from deadly heights. Not sure why though.

I love the Monsaic lines; especially the exotic vegetation and the massive sculptures. I used to love the transitional FMVs where the camera would zoom through the landscape.

Scrabania and Paramonia. To me they just have a feeling of 'what's out there?' and they both simply look amazing. They're as amazing as a bacon pie made from beef. Did that similie make sense?
Anyways. This is a bit off topic but I think MOs landscape design was somewhat poor.
In facilities it was ok but outside could of been alot better, instead of the same old grass n' cliffs, with no sceneary in the distance.

Well to be fair, some of the teaser videos for MO showed much better landscapes. I still think all of the factories in 3D look pretty cool. The Vykker's ship has an interesting design to it, especially the living quarters.

Woaw, I love so many levels in AO/AE... In AO my favourites are Monsaic Lines, Stockyards, Scrabania and Paramonia: they've got everything for them: wonderful backgrounds, amazing music and the design is just perfect.

Soulstorm Brew and the Stockyards. The Stockyards in AO have a dark feeling to them. Combined with the sound and the horror of being killed by Scrabs, the Stockyards look and feel amazing. Soulstorm just looks cool.

The Stockyards is the bit that looks like Rupturefarms but has cages with Scrabs in. The Free-fire Zone is the silloetted bit with the campfires.

I have always really liked the natural environments like Scrabania and Paramonia, specifically Scrabania because I have a soft spot for deserts.

Necrum is pretty spiffy, too. I also liked the Slig Barracks, it had such appropriate music. The Mudomo and Mudanchee vaults are pretty nice, too, but I prefer Scrabania and Paramonia.

For the more industrial areas, RuptureFarms is great. Love all the bloodsplatters.
