oddworld sprites

Hi everyone, please post oddworld sprites on this thread. I have posted some sprites to start out this thread.

It's nice to see recent members trying to positively contribute. Just for future reference, things such as this are better off in the Fan Corner, seeing as this is fan-created content.

I remember a long time ago, I read about all this business about sprites and decided to give it a try myself as a time-killer. Turned out shit, and I shall never try again, purely because I'm better off doing toher things.

by the way everyone It only took around 15 minutes to make those sprites so I'll probably have some walking/ground sligs up on here soon.

those are good but what oddjobabe said, these need to be in the fancorner.
And also you don't need to put the @ sign when talking to somebody, just quote them, that way people will know who your responding too.

As a fellow Slig fan, this is really superb and I congratulate you for posting them here

. Multi-coloured Sligs do look awesome.

by the way everyone I'm about to post some mines and explosives sprites,
also if anyone has a picture of a Big Bro slig please post it here so I can do a sprite of it ( I can't find any on google )

they have been posted, and to fill up the page that I put the explosives on, I added a new slig who is purple
also the explosives look great when they're animated. does anyone have requests for the next sprites?

I could finish the game if everyone really wanted me to but i need sprites, dude could you help me? I would need proper scaled realistic abe, mudokons, sligs, scrabs, slogs, paramites, and fleeches oh and glukkons, if you could do this as a few months project i could get to work and have the game fisnished by next year iwth full credit to you. cud u do it? =)

I would suggest you visit The Oddworld Encyclopedia for some Big Bro images. The only things I can suggest are some other Sligs and maybe a couple more wild creatures (fleech, paramite, etc).

Also, that "purple" slig looks more like Dark Blue to me

Scrabtrapman, please use correct grammer and spelling. Also you dont need to tell any body that you gave them rep, they can find out by looking in the user CP.

Any way back on topic. These are looking good so far, by the way can you make the armored sligs.

Hi Scabtrapman, I have just posted the size sheet, also everyone else the size sheet I am posting is bad quality so I doubt anyone will want to use it, I'm just posting it so that scrabtrapman can tell me if he thinks the sizes are okay.

The Scrab is slightly larger than normal I think. It's hard to tell since the two don't meet up often.

armored sligs that mr. odd requested have been posted, the bigbro armored slig I made is a little bit bigger than a normal bigbro slig. so you may want to make it a bit smaller inside of something like adobe photoshop

If you are looking for sprites straight from the game and not fan-made sprites, they are in TOGG or one of the related pages. If you want fan-made sprites, there are plenty of people here who are great with digital art. I'm sue they'd help you out.

The Tulia slig looks like its has a broken arm.

i have seen the ones ripped from the game, but these dont include running, walking etc. only actions. The guy who was decompiling like every single thing from the game managed to get 2 or 3 out of 5 sprite files and plus the games in flash so raster graphics dont fit in right.
