Since I don't want to make another topic considering New Year, I'll just point out it's been New Year in my home country (Ukraine) a little over an hour ago. Still waiting here in Florida, but I already got to taste some of the champagne we got. It's delicious :P.

Right, and I get more presents after midnight because Russians give away presents in both New Years and Christmas. Lucky me :P.

I was in Bangkok airport and didn't even notice when NYE kicked over locally. Actually, when it hit midnight in Australia, Thai Airways put a message on the tv screens wishing everyone a happy new year, which was nice.

haha, thanks, I was in Italy at the time, seriously, they didn't need WW3 with the ammount of fireworks going off at each other, and they were skulling enough expensive champain to make my parents sick.
Was funny when I dropped a firework in the middle of a croud though.
