OK!!! GUESS WHAT??? I opend my pSX Emulator for a test and put in Abe's Oddysee Demo... I went to the Lightning Bolt in Zone 3 Zulag 1 and Removed the disc... normaly on a psx it would freeze but no! I walked off screen then on.. All the objects were removed... and so was the lightning bolts I walked beond them and placed the disc back in the drive... woosh everythings back and i can see again. by then I was beond the Lighning bolts and then... XD I walked to the next screen.. I SHOW YOU ALL... ORIGINAL CONCEPT OF RETURN TO RUPTURE FARMS! ENJOY!

Disc Removed.

Full Game Return to Rupture Farms.

Disc In + Concept!

Note: The screen with the lightning bolts looks like that because the disc had been removed and then was put back in corsing curruption.

Oh. em. gee! Brilliant find! Those conceptions should be in the real game!
Maybe there was an extra Zulag that was removed or something.
Yet again, wonderful find, well done!

Try putting the PS1 version of AO in the disc drive, and click play movie files. It shows you a glitch from the demo version.

Nah, I haven't actually got the demo. I heard it was from the demo from a thread somewhere.

I remember the "no entry" sign from the demo...

These are excellent shots.

What demo did you use to achieve this?

Ooh, gnarly discovery, SligStorm. Strange the floor isn’t contiguous between the two screens. It definately makes you wonder just how many screens and alternative screens were left out of the final game.

Man that was weeeeeird! 'Stay here?' That sounds so cool, I think it's better than wait. The demo is really weirdly changed, I think the Sligs do that to the Muds in AO anyway, it's probably because they spotted Abe, but when you got out of the way, they shot the Mud instead.

Nice! It's freaky how that floor sounds metal! It's a great room, but did you really have to make Abe jump into a wall? Nah, joke. Great find, it's interesting...

This is very interesting. Seeing the orginal concepts of what the game was suppose to have makes you wonder why they changed it. But some of them seem pretty obvious. Take that secrets thing. I'm sure they did not want people to be exposed to the fact that Mudokons were hidden in the game, since that would expose a bit much to the gameplay. But the extra screen was awesome, nevertheless.

Yet, this reminds me of the AE PC demo. Those who have played it will see similar changes between the final game and the demo as well.

Edit: I just noticed this; the screen in the first video where SligStorm first says 'Stay here', you can see an Elum Chubs advertimate. Just saying.

Elum Chubs is probably like, "Scrab Cakes", Elums that were killed for a type of food.
