okay ive decided to make a fan fiction i will do it chapter by chapter adding one every couple of days or so


chapter 1:the look out post

it was a cold night all over oddworld, a strange chill seemed to eminate as if the gods have been angered and were punishing everyone with the cold

Nathaniel was a steef that lived with many other steefs in a base on the west side of mudos.
Nathaniel was not very well liked by his superiors as he liked to play pranks when he wasnt working he had almost been kicked out of the base on many occasions but managed to always get "one more chance".

It was 5.31am and Nathaniel was woken by his best friend, Tenshla

"its your turn on the post buddy"sid Tenshla

"five more minutes"answered nathaniel

"come on man i need sleep im tired as a mudokon scrub" pushed tenshla

"okay okay im up"

Nathaniel slowly risen from his bed with a dead look in his eyes
he patted his friend on the shoulder and left the tent heading towards the look out post he heard some other steefs talking about what they were going to do with their share of the money

"money"thought nathaniel "what money"

he headed towards the steefs and asked what they were talking about

"nothing" answered the first
"none of your buisness"said the second

"fine go and eat a rotten scrab cake"answered nathaniel

he climbed up the ladder to the look out post and grabbed a chair

he poured himself a cup of steaming coffee

he sat until it was almost the end of his shift and shot up from his chair
he had seen something moving in the trees
staring for a few moments he noticed nothing and sat back down

"musta been a rat,damn ratz get everywhere"

looking at his watch he noticed his shift was up and got up from his chair.

as he was about to go down the ladder he noticed movement in the trees again he decided to go and take another look just to be on the safe side.

he picked up his binoculars and took a look

at first there was nothing and then he saw a shimer like moonlight hitting metal he turned an ran down the ladder shouting at the top of his voice

"outlaws are here outlaws are here" at that moment Steefs ran out from every tent carrying their crossbows and spears.

the leader of the base ordered the opening of the gates the gate keeper did as he was told and the gates swung open and all the steef warriors ran into the open expecting to start fighting off armies of outlaws but the found nothing many of the steefs turned their heads to see where the outlaws were the rest of them just stood there in disbelief that they had been woken up at half past five to fight nothing but thin air

the leader of the base was a tall man named Rodin ,he stood staring at Nathaniel before towering over him and saying
"ive had enough of your pranks Nathan i want you out now"
Nathaniel stood there in disbelief that he was actually going to go
"what are you waiting for go on get out of my sight "said Rodin
"but sir it wasnt a prank i actually thought i saw an outl.........."
"no buts"said rodin"out now"

Nathainiel lowered hi head and walked through the crowd of angry steefs
he got a small pat on the back from Tenshla
and headed towards the forest.

Hm, this pretty good. I like there is some detail placed in the story. I can't wait to see chapter 2. Keep it up. But just a tip, maybe a little capilization would help lighten the story?

okay sorry for taking so long to put up chapter two but you know

anyway here it is

chapter 2:the new wilderness

Nathaniel walked for a few hours just thinking about that if he hadnt pulled all those pranks before perhaps they would have believed him this time, slowly tears formed in his eyes until he just knelt down and broke into tears, but it was only for a few seconds before his tears were broke by the sound of something to the right of him.
He shot up from his kneeling position and started spinning around with clenched fists he started shouting very loudly
"come out and fight" i know your out there" you cant fool me i heard you"
then Nathaniel realised that for the first time in his life he was scared, he had always had the other steefs there to protect him but now he was alone in a deep dark forest that he had never been in before he could never run he would only get lost he started to panic franticaly until a soft voice whispered through the trees
"do you think we should go out there"said one voice
"sure we should he´s one of us" said another
"but he looks crazy what if he attacks us" said the first voice again
"look theres 2 of us theres only one of him"
"but look at the size of him" came the first voice again
"okay look ill speak to him you stay here"whispered the second voice again
"okay just dont get hurt"
"i wont "
then a small scrawny steef came slowly out of the trees
Nathaniel stared at him for a short while before asking "who are you what do you want"
the little steef answered "im thomas whats your name"
Nathaniel stared a little longer before answering "erm im Nathaniel but where did you come from little guy "
"the village "answered thomas
"what village" questioned nathaniel
"the village west of here dont you know of it"
"no "answered nathaniel "may i see it "
"sure if you want to but where id your home"wondered thomas
Nathaniel answered quickly "i live in the bas... erm i mean i have no home not anymore"
"oh how terrible"said thomas"then will you come and live in the village with us..please"
"sure but where will i stay" nathaniel hastily asked
we have a spare room and im sure my mother will let you stay please at least let me ask"
"okay is it far "agreed Nathaniel
"no just a ten minute walk" answered the little steef
they started walking through the forest once more before passing a little girl
she backed away into the bushes slightly
"dont be scared little girl "said Nathaniel
"oh sorry this is jessica"said thomas
"dont worry he wont hurt you"he said to the little girl
Nathaniel put his hand out to the little girl.
she hesitated for a second before putting her hand in his
Nathaniel smiled and followed thomas who had already started walking ahead
"new town ,new friends,new life huh im gonna get used to this"thought nathaniel and carried on walking.
