Region Free DVD or Strange Xbox??

I imported the OSW DVD and i can play it on my xbox

it is not modded it is just how it was when i buyed it (new)
anyone know whats the reason?

Possible a region free dvd then, but with NTSC. So your tv can handle 60 hrz. But what cable do you use from that xbox to the tv, the original one, or a RGB cable. Because I think with the orignal one it should be black and white, with ps2 it is.

i use a cordless cable thingie - dont know how its called
de DVD is funcutioning perfect no stupid waiting sh*t etc.
on the box it says NTSC
