Yeah, this is just a gripe with Britain at the moment.
Basically, the weather here is never, ever good. I havn't seen the precious sun since the summer, and it's starting to get on my nerves. You leave what you think is a dull dark building with central heating on, into the peak of the day which is exactly the same! Except of course, its bloody well freezing cold; though naturally, it doesn't snow. It just freezes us over.
The past few weeks have all had terrible weather. You see England in movies, with the fog blocking out everything outside of a ten metre radius. This isn't an inaccurate stereotype - it's actually true!
Now, this weather we get every Spring, Autumn and Winter wouldn't be so bad if it actually snowed! But no, the air is just goddamned icy cold, though sometimes it does like to tip it down with rain on us. Never snow though.
In fact, I don't know if England has
ever had a white Christmas! And we want one soooo much. ****ing country. Well, East Anglia, because apparently some places in the North had about a milimetre of snow this Christmas morn.
Here's an example. On Thursday, I decided to make this thread, but I thought I would first take some photos.
Here is where the sun
should be at the peak of the day on Thursday afternoon.

Yay. Overcast.
Oh, and here's Christmas Eve. Where it should be, by rights (!!), tipping it down with snow.

Yay. Overcast.
Oh, and here's Christmas Day. Where it should be, by rights (!!), a beatiful clear sky, with the sun shining, with that house-top you can barely see covered in bright white snow.
This non-sun weather for three-quarters of the year just does
nothing for all those people trying to get a tan.
Anyway, enough of this stupid ranting, I'm sure other places have even more miserable weather. Let's turn this into another Christmas thread wiiiith, Did you have a white Christmas? I'm sure they're overrated.
