Yes ,it is the BETA version.

The next version includes highscores, three difficuty levels and some other features.

Also, put in a background, I may be able to provide one. You should also have things you shouldn't shoot, you know the "don't kill civilians" theme, put a lake in the background and put in a few gabbits.

Yeah, but too many things on the screen at once makes a game too busy looking and confusing. I'm sure you can find a happy medium though.
