That would tie in with the main industrial complex in the game, Sekto Springs Dam.

A hearty well done and thank you, ANN! You've been acredited on OddBlog.

Is this the first oddworld character that's had a title i.e. Mr, Mrs, Rev etc...? I know there was Director Phleg, but that's not really a title, is it?

Happy I'm Not Gonna Sing An E-Mail Song This Week. No, Wait...Never Mind...

My pleasure, guys. I was just goofing off at school and typed "Google News Search: Oddworld", and found that.

Good work, Xav! I was pretty peeved because of those broken pics!

I had given up on Designer Diaries surfacing for Stranger's Wrath. I'd just assumed that no one was going to do any, not to mention that it less than two months until the game is released in the US. All of that aside, I think it is interesting, and can't wat for more.

well Alcar OWI is doing a huge comeback this 2 months in order to promote the game the most they can
they try to be everywhere, and I think they quite well succeed
Characters Profiles, DesingerDiaries, all elements of the mass dest... promotion campaign

So the 'salamanders' are called Grubbs. That name feels... right, somehow. It fits the design.

I can see what he means about the wolvarks resembling hyenas.

Yeah, all of sudden we are hit with all this promotional stuff. While I think the promotional stuff should have been out ages ago (take Halo for example, or Fable, or Ratchet & Clank, or Jak & Daxter), this is certainly a big step in the right direction. Though, you mention it is OWI is doing the huge comeback, did they realise that EA wasn't going to do anything, and decided to finally do it themselves? Or is EA lending a helping hand?

When you say green dudes, are you referring to the small and fat native beings? If so, I think the only relatively accurate name we have for them is 'Scuba Toads'.

the salamanders are definately grubbs, but perhaps both the native species are grubbs? I remember posting a comparison on then before, and it doesn't seem too out of the question...
Or maybe they've been cut from the game.
