Oh for heaven's... why? Just WHY?

I swear if this stupid radio doesn't stop adjusting it's volume and tuning on it's own I'll hit it.

Why? I mean I didn't tell it to do it... it just gets louder and quieter by itself because it decides to. Why can't technology be as simple as the box it comes in? Really? God damn.

Is anyone else getting fed up with special-needs technology?

Yes. The same thing sort of happens with my thooper stereo... It adjusts the volume by itself. And when you try to manually adjust the volume, it goes ****ing beserk.

Too bad my speakers go as loud as a ****ing AMP AT LIVE 8. Bah.

I know how you feel, eh.

Yes, and I'm not even sitting on the remote control!

Damn, according to the manual it's "equalizing weaker signals with stronger ones by regulating the volume". Even if the signal velocity (which detirmines the audio volume) doesn't change. So the moment the signal get's crappy, it turns UP the volume, just in case you couldn't hear all the lovely static beforehand.

Bah. Humbug.

I hate my wireless mouse that came with my computer. It is hopelessly without a docking station. Why the hell would they package a wireless mouse with a computer if they aren't going to give you something to charge it with? I have about 20 dead batteries on my computer desk right now. Half the time, it's jerky as shat even at full battery life.

My Wrieless Mouse is awful, it is always stuck in one place, even after replacing them with new batteries.

Being a home Filmmaker, I have no choice but to do things digitaly, but I really prefer things that are live on set. This is kind of the same topic, and I was wodnering what your opinions are, digital, or animatronic?

I'm getting quite tired of my iPod's lazy-ass battery life.

I've fucked up my stereo speakers by putting it next to a radiator for 2 years. Now they crackle and change volume unless it's really loud.

My TV is just like this. I gotta turn it to 30 to hear cartoons, the news and sports but whenever some tampon, cock pill, or condom commercial turns on I'm almost blown out of my damn seat.
"Ooh, Feijen made a very difficult draw there. And we'll cut for commerical breaks"
TROJANNNNNNN MANNNNNNNNNNN!!!! I'm nearly knocked out of my seat and the fear of God is put into half a dozen cats.
"Jesus Christ, I only had the set on 25!!!"

That's not a problem with your TV. The people who run the networks are just dicks.

I once had a pair of Sony earphones that, from the moment I took them out of the package, would randomly crackle loudly and fluctuate volume. I put up with them for a few days since I had nothing else, undoubtedly suffering irreparable damage to my eardrums, before they kicked the bucket and stopped working altogether. It was an isolated incident, but still. Damn annoying.

My telephone company turned up the gain on my line at random and now I have to hold the phone away from my ear cause it's too loud.

I tried phoning them but the person who answered my call didn't know what gain was (!) so he hung up on me thinking that it was a prank call.

I have a bit of a different problem with my stereo, it seems to stop playing out of one speaker at times, usually half way through a song or whatever I'm listening to. Then, of course, if I turn the knob up (this was before I worked out was going on) to make up for the reduced volume, the second speaker would start working again.
Another thing is my computer moniter, right now it's fine, but sometimes it just randomly changes shade for no apparent reason. It just goes darker, lighter, really dark, a little dark, normal, dark, and so on and so forth...
