I was talking to a friend of mine at work about this the other day and we came up with these reasons as to why Santa is Evil.
1. Rearrange his Name and you get Satan
2. He was made by Coke-a-Cola
3. He gets Children to commit the Sin Greed
4. He is getting more Popular than the real reason for Christmas, Jesus
5. He makes you break one of the 10 commandments; Thou shall not worship false idols
6. He's a Fat Man in Red. Geez, reminds me of the Devil.
