I totally agree with Alcar, take an example. look at Sydneys picture request topic, what if he deletes his own posts, that would delete a whole entire thread. That would make everything unstable like your post counts, post counts perday, the stars and the name of what you are.

I didn't know Sydney had a picture request topic... he isn't around here for a while
