. I agree with you totaly. I think Paramites are more related to scrabs because they have that arthropod look, like you said.
Yellow-brown? Paramites always looked greenish to me. What I meant was: apart from the fact that paramites and sligs have simmilar skin colors (which is NOT an evidence of genetic proximity, ever) I cannot see any feature that connects them in a closer genetic relation.
