First, you CAN'T copy/paste pics that easy on the forums...
you have to use the [ IMG ] button for that...
Second, he means the personal signatures, pics with the persons name on it, and some pics, like mine
To get one, you first have to get 20 posts, and then go to one of the banner request threads in OffTopic Discussion.
