That Intern does have a gun but I don't think its the kind of gun thats used for ehem "killing" anything.
Looks more like a tranqualiser, or a pee shooter.
But this is oddworld we're talking about here so it could be an electro magnetic pulse rifle or an antigravitational weapon.
As for the other two picks, I've seen those scenes in the passport to oddworld movie.
