Facts:
1) Mudos is a very small continent. It's about the size of some place on Earth, but I can't remember the name of this place, which is a shame. It's big enough that there's a lot more of it for us to explore, but it's still small compared to, say, Europe or Africa.
2) The Oddworld Map is seriously screwed up. If you measure it properly, you'll see that it's less than half the diameter of the Earth, when it should be ten times the size (although it's not made clear whether that's in diameter, surface area or volume. My guess is surface area).
Luckily, this is one of the points I made about the map's innacuracies, so provided somebody replies to the ad in the latest edition of The Daily Deception Online for the job of cartographer, we should see a significant improvement over Buddy's fake rendering.
Don't ask me why Mudos is considered the 'main continent' all of a sudden. I'm taking it as a mistake or misunderstanding. I'm going with the already-confirmed size of Mudos, just as I go with the already-confirmed origin of the Mudokon Paw.
