hmm, tough one...

lol, come to think about it, the worse thing I've ever had was a fishing hook in my little-finger (sp?). Now that didn't hurt much, but the anaestethics (sp?) where... They put the syringes needle right on my bone... Second up was a torn strain in my finger, due to a fall while iceskating...
