Where did i say that? And even if she couldn't, she would still tell somebody. A child wouldn't cos the person who raped him/her would threaten them and scare them with such things as;
"You tell, i will get your sister/brother..."
Or something like that.

I never said ONLY kids...But;
(1) - If that kid cant speak due to its age, then, it cant tell anyone and it will be fearful.
(2) - The person can scare them into not telling and/or make them think the occurances are normal...
