Chapter 12 The Sinister Plot

The Final Room stood before Molluck and Yslam. Yslam put his hand up on to the final door, in which there was a Glukkon hand indentation. The room opened, and lit up. In that final room stood, a pedastool, in which a solitary neckalace laid.

Yslam began to walk towards it when he was thrown somehow by Molluck against the wall. Yslam struggled to move, but Molluck went towards the Neckalace in which underneath lied a scroll.

Molluck read the scroll to Yslam. And revealed that the moon that the Glukkons had worshipped for countless centuries, was in fact the in print of a mudokon paw imprinted in it.

Yslam would not believe it, but also it said this true the moon, is the shape of a mudokon paw, but on thee other side of the moon, showed the hand of a Glukkon, although do to the planet of Oddworlds size, when the other side of the moon is seen, it is not in view of this side of the planet.

Though Molluck had a much different idea, although the scroll, had said that both the Muds and the Glukkons if they were to live in harmony could both lead Oddworld as the chosen species, Molluck decided he would spread lies among the people on this half of the planet, and turn the Glukkons against their fellow Mudokons.

Yslam said he would have no part of it but in fact Molluck told him he would be, more or less. Molluck pulled down the hood over his head, and revealed a old deteriorating face, I need you to house my own spirit, you see I am as old as Good and Evil itself, and I need you to sustain me. Dont worry your spirit will remain here, unless I would be destroyed, which will never happen.

Molluck used some techniqe in spiritual projection and remove Yslams very soul from his body, and then entered. Molluck now Yslam stood, and took his black cloak, from his former skeleton, and sealed the room with Yslam's spirit inside.

He exited the catocombs, and witnessed, the sun rising. He still had the neckalace he had taken from the chamber, and also yslams neckalace, he put on his cloak and his now blue eyes, were seen while his hood was up once again. Then he resealed the catocombs, concealing what had taken place that night.

He saw instead as the sun was rising, dark clouds began forming, over the city, in which it became blanketed in a full eclipse. The walls and corridors, became dark, and something Molluck had planned was coming to pass, the necakalace he wore glowed silently, and he laughed as the darkness was falling. For it was time in which, he would spread lies and deceit amongst the people of Mudarc, and across half of this world.......

Look for the next chapter where I will switch back to derec.

Also if you have read ParamiteAbe's story about the lost continent, this also ties into the way that on that continent, the Glukkons were peaceful still but the muds werent, the moon explanation may make more sense, for that continent, is on the other side of oddworld and this where the mud moon is seen by Abe, is seen on this half of the world. Hope it makes a bit more sense.
