I don't think I've been banned from anything but I have always been tempted to join up under another name and cause trouble. But of course if my I.P address were banned then I would be stuck.
But there was this one message board that I went to like once a week. And once a week it seemed like they would change their names and their colours. And after annoying them about it 3-4 times, I was only my final warning. Never been back there since.
