Cloverfield (72)

I like reading a lot of classic science fiction, from the 40s to 60s. There is something about these older titles which the newer ones lack. It's also interesting to read the perception of authors back then and see if some of their theories are true. Authors like Doc Smith and Issac Asimov to name a couple who's books I enjoy. I also like books by Dennis Wheatley who writes many novels based around historical events that have a satanic cult twist to them. I'm sure no one here has heard of any of the authors I have mentioned. However I don't usually read books because they are by a particular author, but usually because of the genre and they sound interesting.

When it comes down to specific titles, I really haven't re-read many books (mainly because I have so many novels at home that I haven't read, you can pick up old titles very cheaply at sales and markets). The only ones that come to mind having re-read were two books one called the Silver Crown and the other called Rebecca which I read when I was a teenager and I really enjoyed them both.
