Beyond the nose tentacles, Sligs and Paramites share a similar torso, diminished hind legs, and most of all the same proportion of the length of the forearm to the bicep.
However, unlike Paramites, domestic Sligs use their arms for handling guns, machine controls etc, so the forearms are more developed than the biceps. I imagine that Sligs in nature, who don't have pants for locomotion, don't have "Popeye" arms, and probably have a very similar gait to that of the Paramite. Or maybe not...
About dat Gamespeak™: as far as I can tell, flying Sligs can't order Slogs, either.
It's still fun to make them talk, though. They have higher, somehow slightly funnier voices than their earthbound compadres. Damn I just love those Sliggy flyboys! *sniffle*
