More on Munchkins:
Munchkins have short little tiny legs, due to the same genetic mutation in daschunds and corgie dogs. Not only do they look like eternal kittens, (or at least midget cats), they never really quite grow out of the kitten phase and remain playfull and happy. Also from what I hear, their little legs are fully functional and just like little weiner dogs, they skitter aroud fine with no problems
