I've thought about it alot recently, trust me I can get very bored sometimes.
And I've thought that maybe people would fuse together as one. As the whole use of teleporters would be that every part of your body, right down to the atoms etc, are shot apart and put back together again.
So, you could get some really weird things happening. Who knows, maybe having to heads will be considered normal in the future
