You may be trying to attach a large file, or a file that isn't of supported file types.
Maximum File Size: 102400 Bytes
Allowed File Types: .gif .jpg .png .txt .zip .bmp .jpeg
I'll try and attach something to make sure.

EDIT: Woah! atusiya is right...this is a problem...I couldn't attach it for some reason... it kept getting this error:
Warning: stat failed for C:\WINNT\TEMP\phpB82.tmp (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in D:\InetPub\oddworld\forums\admin\functions.php on line 1689
Also, I tried "Upload In Safe Mode" option for the Admin CP, but that gets even more errors!
